Meditation Is The Only Thing That Makes Me Feel Like "Me" Again

There are basic for maintaining your body. Fear, food, sex, and sleep are big ones.
They all help with recovery. What is the next big one that helps for you? For
me it is meditation. I've tried everything. Meditation is the only thing that
makes me feel like "Me" again. Nothing else helps. I've tried everything. Not
even the basics help; this is the only thing that is helping.
