Our resident Researcher, Don a real live Scientist, has spent countless hours pouring through the literature and vetting what he has found and cross-referenced it for accuracy. It is the equivalent of a quantitative pooling of data, **called** a meta-analysis. Generally, a well put together Meta-analysis is a “Gold Standard.” So if you are tired of Opinions on Facebook here’s the real scoop. Much of it refers to Mast Cells.
